i miss this...

family and FRIENDS have always been my LIFE.
i miss these people terribly.
i hope this post reminds them of that fun summer evening we all had.
The last time we were all together in one place enjoying each other's company!

We have all moved on,
Brian and Rachel are in Florida for grad school
Michelle is in Idaho finishing her last year of college
Mitchell got married to her love and recently had a baby girl
lil' Meg went on a mission to Argentina
and Jacque got married to her summer sweetheart like me!!
All of this happened in the last year!!!
So much can happen in a year,
i love how life is full of unexpected surprises

occupation: toddler development teacher

Since our move to Provo, I have been placed as the Toddler teacher. It was a big change for me, especially coming from the older class but I must say that I truly love working with my babies! I have become so emotionally attached to my kids that I never want them to grow up from this fun stage in their lives.
Yes, each day is much like the last but each child makes each day so special. I change SOOOOO many diapers each day, i hardly keep count anymore. Most of my work pants have holes in the knees from being on the ground all day long. Some days my patience reaches the maximum and my back aches terribly for adjustment but I have only felt a pinch compared to mothers out there in the world.
Every day I think of children of my own and how I will play with them and sing to them and discipline them. This job always keeps my brain flowing with new ideas and inspiration for the future. I have grown so much in this new class, I have seen and felt the unconditional love a care-taker has for their kids. I love my little toddlers, they help me remember the submissive and teachable children of God we should all be. I always thank my Heavenly Father for giving me this job, this experience to grow and learn and a chance to see life through younger eyes.

I was one of her bridesmaids and she was one of mine,,,
something we planned since high school

So I have this best friend named Rachel and she is the Martha Stewart of holidays,,, especially Halloween!!! This girl goes all OUT with decorations and costumes and I just can't get enough of it!

We've been best friends since High School and she came into my life at such a critical time. She really was my first LDS best friend and my life has been changed tremendously because of it.

We have starred in the musicals..."Once Upon a Mattress," "Lucky Stiff," "Annie," and my favorite... "Crazy for You" together and have had the BEST time! I'm sorry i don't have any of those pictures on hand but if you saw the pics you would laugh so hard!
She welcomed me into her nice condo when I had nowhere to live last fall when I was following my heart to live close to Charlie. She was always there to listen to all the updates on my relationship with Charlie from the night he said 'I love you' to the night i was engaged! Rachel has been an example of faith and modesty that I thank her for. Rachel has so much LIFE in her and she can always make everyone laugh till they pee their pants. I saved this post especially for this holiday... Halloween because she is who I think of when this time of year rolls around!!
I love and miss ya Rachel Beth Eynon Glenn
