Since our move to Provo, I have been placed as the Toddler teacher. It was a big change for me, especially coming from the older class but I must say that I truly love working with my babies! I have become so emotionally attached to my kids that I never want them to grow up from this fun stage in their lives.
Yes, each day is much like the last but each child makes each day so special. I change SOOOOO many diapers each day, i hardly keep count anymore. Most of my work pants have holes in the knees from being on the ground all day long. Some days my patience reaches the maximum and my back aches terribly for adjustment but I have only felt a pinch compared to mothers out there in the world.
Every day I think of children of my own and how I will play with them and sing to them and discipline them. This job always keeps my brain flowing with new ideas and inspiration for the future. I have grown so much in this new class, I have seen and felt the unconditional love a care-taker has for their kids. I love my little toddlers, they help me remember the submissive and teachable children of God we should all be. I always thank my Heavenly Father for giving me this job, this experience to grow and learn and a chance to see life through younger eyes.

How fun! that looks like a job that keeps you on your toes. Those kiddos are adorable!
I know EXACTLY how you feel! I was the sunbeam teacher for a year at my old world in Corona and I had so much love for the children of God that year. I loved the first time I heard them pray, or say how much they love Jesus or when they sing i am a child or God. They really can teach you a lot...including patience!! :)
Very cool!! It's so fun to work with little kids. They're soo cute!
